2008 Fall Baseball Baseball

We've been receiving many inquiries over the past couple of weeks about the fall Imagebaseball season. We apologize for getting the word out later than planned, but unfortunately Clackamas County will not be offering a fall program this year. The person responsible for coordinating the efforts moved out of the area and they weren't able to find a replace in time for the season. We are currently looking for alternatives so we can get the program going again in 2009.

What's New

Our goals for 2008 are as follows:

  • Improved player and coach development
A program for coaches and players targeted on technique and improved skill development. A dedicated position has been added to the board to support the effort.
  • Improved team formation & skills evaluation
Each year we evaluate our program to ensure that our assessment of player skill levels as well as the formation of teams is fair and unbiased. This year is no exception as we are continually looking for ways to improve. Additional information on our player evaluation process and player commitment can be found on our web site.
  • Full time paid coaches at the Federal level
The Federal teams at each level (Midget, Junior & Senior) will have non-parent, paid coaches for the 2008 season with a long range goal of the American level in 2009.
  • Structured clinics program (High school, NW Diamond Sports)
Clinics available for players, coaches, and parents. The goal is to offer 10+ clinics throughout the season. More information
  • Player Evaluation Process
